Cardington CIC "Fix Your Face" Program
Every business in the Cardington-Lincoln School District is eligible for up to $5,000 in funding for exterior improvement projects. This includes painting, landscape, hardscape, signage, awnings, concrete and paving work, patios, windows, doors, and anything else that enhances the curb appeal of your property and business.
How does the funding work? The first $500 is purely a grant. The remaining up to $4,500 is a low-interest 1% loan repayable over 18 months. You may just use the $500 grant funding or also take all or part of the $4,500 loan funding.
